Where is my order?

If your order has been dispatched, please wait patiently for it to arrive to your destination as parcel delays can unfortunately both occur nation wide and internationally (read more about this information on my websites ‘Policies’ page).

However, if you believe your parcel has unfortunately been lost (and is unable to be retrieved by the shipping company) please contact me by submitting your details on my websites ‘Contact Me’ page forum so I can rectify any issues for you as soon as possible.

 

Does my order come with tracked shipping?

All nation-wide Australian orders placed on my shop are guaranteed tracked shipping from the Australia Post Standard Parcel Post (same with the Australia Post Express Parcel option) mailing service.

International orders can vary however whether it is deemed eligible for either un-tracked or tracked shipping; please read further information regarding international orders on this websites ‘Policies’ page.

 

Do I take commissions or create custom art?

I do NOT take or create personal custom orders or art pieces - sorry for this inconvenience.

 

When will my order arrive?

I process orders between 1 - 4 business days. Please note, processing time does not include the shipping time.

Orders placed on a Friday afternoon or on the weekend, will not be able to be dispatched for posting until the coming Monday. To find out further information about delivery time-frames, please refer to my 'Policies' page on this website.
